Sewing Bee
The Yorkton SaskTel Pioneers recently gathered with 14 residents from the Queen Elizabeth Court in Yorkton for a Ped Doll sewing bee. The volunteers made 78 dolls that will be presented to the pediatrics ward at the Yorkton Regional Hospital. Upon discharge, children will be given the doll to take home and decorate to be their own personal healing doll. The Pioneers are grateful for the Queen Elizabeth residents generous gift of time, fellowship and treats.
