Spring Fling
George and Dolena Plews do some round dancing as part of the Yorkton Park Swinger’s annual Spring Fling held at the Royal Canadian Legion last weekend. The event attracted dancers from across the province to participate in square and round dancing. Caller Larry Pfennig, who came from North Dakota for the event, says it was an ambitious and enjoyable weekend, but he wishes that more young people take up square and round dancing, as he says it’s a great time for not very much money.
