QUESTION OF THE WEEK

Survey results are meant for general information only, and are not based on recognised statistical methods.

Aquasize program available

Anyone looking for a low impact, high density workout is invited to try Aquasize at the Gallagher Centre Water Park. Sessions are offered six days a week.

Those looking for a program with a little slower pace are urged to try the Arthritis Aquasize over noon hours three days a week.

All ages are welcome to both programs and no swimming ability is required for either program.

Aquasize provides a way to get fit that has a lower impact on joints and less demand on the heart. The water provides resistance that improves muscle tone and endurance.

It also is a great way to improve core strength and balance, thanks to the buoyancy of the water.

It's not just good for you, but fun too. All you need is a bathing suit and you're ready to go.
